Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 of David MacCormac of Charlottetown age 84 years. Son of the late Picton and Marguerite MacCormac. He will be sadly missed by his family and staff at Whisperwood Villa. Dear father of Marlene (Reg) MacInnis, Denise (Paul) MacInnis, Paul (Michelle), Terry (Jen), Shaun (Angela) and their mother Jane. Loving Poppy of Jennifer (Alex) Rykert, Craig (Hilary) MacInnis, Samantha (Owen) Wilson, Angus MacInnis (Chloe), Aaron MacInnis, Brenna MacInnis (Matt), Mary MacCormac, Sam MacCormac, Jack MacCormac, Colin MacCormac, Kate MacCormac, Maude MacCormac and of one great grandson Angus Rykert. David is also survived his brother Bruce MacCormac and sisters Lorraine (Gerard) Roy and Marguerite Robinson and many nieces and nephews. Memory is a golden chain that binds us. ‘Till We Meet Again" Cremation has taken place. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 from St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown at 1 p.m. Reception to follow. A private burial will take place at a later date.
