It is with heavy hearts we announce the death of David, our beloved husband, son, brother and uncle in Victoria B.C. following a tragic car accident on June 9, 2018, aged 46. David is survived by his loving wife Justine Tilley, parents Ruth and Bruce Tilley, Brother John (Nancy) and their son Stephen, brothers in-law Duncan O’Mahony (Shandalin) and their son Cormac in Chilliwack B.C., Quentin O’Mahony (Kaoru) and their sons Brendan and Lliam in Tokyo, Japan. Mother in-law Olive O’Mahony (Justin - deceased) of Abbotsford B.C.. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of family and friends in Newfoundland and British Columbia. Funeral arrangements to be announced.
