We, the family of the late Butch Nicholson, wish to express our deepest gratitude to all our relatives and friends, both near and far, our co-workers and all those who offered support during our recent loss. Thank you to everyone who visited, phoned, sent messages, cards, flowers, and/or made memorial donations. To all those who attended the visitation and service, who brought food to our homes,
thank you, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Reverend Donald MacDonald for taking the time to help us say goodbye to Butch at Patten’s Funeral Home. Thank you to the members of Newsom Choir for the beautiful singing and to the Organist for the beautiful music. A special thank you to Allan Nicholson for the readings and for sharing
many fond memories of Butch during the service. Thank you to the caterers who provided the delicious lunch. To Dr. MacLean and the Nurses on 3 South at Glace Bay General Hospital, thank you for taking care of Butch. Once again, thank you to Patten’s Funeral Home, your kindness and support to us all during this difficult time will never be forgotten.
