The death occurred suddenly at home on Saturday June 30th, in Vernon Bridge, of Leslie Randall Drake, aged 54. Beloved husband and best friend of Dorothy Drake (nee Shaw). Dear father to Adam (Jenna Bysterveldt), Patrick (Katelyn), and Sarah Drake. Loving Grampie to his precious granddaughter, Rilla. Brother to Paul (Vivian), and Larry (Karen) Drake. Brother-in-law to Eileen (Joe) MacIntyre, Blair (Sherrel) Shaw, and the late Boyd (Gloria) Shaw. Remembered by many nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Donald and Molly Drake, infant sister Barbara Drake, and parents-in-law Donald and Hannah Shaw. Resting at Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home for visitation on Wednesday July 4th from 2-4 and 7-9, with a Masonic service to follow. Funeral service to be held Thursday July 5th at St. Andrew’s United Church in Vernon Bridge at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the St. Andrews United Church Cemetery, Vernon Bridge.
