The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, of Lester DesRoches, of Summerside, aged 80 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Peter and Caroline (Arsenault) DesRoches. Survived by his wife Ann DesRoches; daughters Kim (Paul) Arsenault and Kelly (Bernie) Perry; grandchildren Ian Arsenault, Julie Arsenault, Lauren Perry and Keirsten Perry; sisters Erma (Fred) Gallant, Leona Comeau (Owen Palmer) and Nancy DesRoches (Don Leblanc); brother-in-law Alphonse Richard; and sister-in-law Joanne Clow. Predeceased by his grandson Brandon Perry, in infancy; a sister Pearl Richard; brothers Peter Jr. DesRoches and Gordon DesRoches; brothers-in-law Ray Comeau and George Clow. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
