The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, September 1, 2018 of Joseph Charles Doiron; aged 74 years of Souris, P.E. Beloved husband to Mary Doiron (nee White), and dear father to Jimmy (Michelle), Andrea MacDonald (Carl), and Cindy Kent (Kurtis). Loving grandfather to Madison, Lindsey, Grant, Dylan, Dawson, Jacob, and Micah. Survived by his siblings Lorne (Sheila), Kay Therrault, Andy, Marie Connick (Carl), Anne Campbell (Gerard), Molly White (Emery), Leo (Trudi), and Jean Gallant. Predeceased by his parents Charlie and Leona Doiron; brothers Jimmy, Irving, and Francis (Pauline). Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the St. Alexis church cemetery.
