Adshade, Darlene Marie (nee Ouderkirk) 80 - Pugwash, passed away Tuesday, September 18th, 2018, at the East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash. Born in Middleboro, Cumberland Co. Darlene was the wife of the late Melvin Adshade and the daughter of the late Henry and Mattie (Seaman) Ouderkirk. She will be missed by her beloved son, Stephen (Sharon) Adshade of Puslinch, Ontario; loving grammy of Stephen (Hawley) Adshade, Ryan (Ashley) Adshade of Guelph, Ontario, Jarrett (Rosca) Adshade of Big Valley, Alberta and Krysta (Tyler) Garton of Kitchener, Ontario; She will be missed by her great grandchildren Brianna, Hudsyn, Addisyn, Cohen, Everlie, Riley, Kyle, Laine & Bryce; her brother, Dean (Irene) Ouderkirk of Middleboro and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Betsy in infancy and Joyce; brothers, Kenneth and Austin. There will be visitation Sunday September 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Mundle’s Funeral Home, 204 Water St., Pugwash (902) 243-2506. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 24, at the Riverside Cemetery, Highway 368, Middleboro, Cumberland Co. Rev. Chris Greer officiating.
