With a brief battle of cancer, passed peacefully away at the University of Alberta Hospital on June 21, 2018, surrounded by her loving family, Linda Mae Dwyer (Pitts), age 61 years. Predeceased by her father Peter Pitts, grandmother Rebecca Skanes, her sister Judy Lahey and mother-in-law Mary Bezdeliga. Leaving to mourn her husband and best friend Walter, son Michael (Courtney), daughter Rebecca and her pride and joy granddaughter Madison. Also leaving to mourn is her mother Mildred Pitts, sisters Brenda (Gerald), Joan, Sheila (Rick), Holly, Marina (Vaughan), Cynthia (Terry), Kelly (Paul), Sue (Brian), brothers Gary, Rick, George, Paul (Denise), special niece Melissa (Richard), brother-in-law Rick Lahey and special friend Anita, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2 pm at St Cyprian’s Church, Bell Island. NO INTERIM TO TAKE PLACE AFTER CHURCH SERVICE.
