Larry Trueman Costley - age 68, of Blue Mountain, Kings County, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Evergreen Home for Special Care, Kentville. Born in Kentville, he was the son of the late Edwin “Doug” and Alice Costley. Larry was a welder and worked at Canexel Plant in East River until a disability forced him to retire. Since his retirement, his passion became working with steel, designing and building many different projects. He is survived by two sons, David and Roger, both of Ontario and their mother, Christine “Kit” (Hatchard) Costley, Aaldersville; sister, Bertha Hatchard (Fred Sweet), New Ross; special niece, Savanna Hatchard (Kimber Keddy), Aaldersville; great nephew, Dana Keddy, at home and good friend Jerome Cook, Aaldersville. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service, by request. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Donations in memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
