After a lengthy battle with cancer, it is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Catherine Holm on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, Ontario, at the age of 48.
Cherished mother of Ryan (Chantal) Holm, Christopher (Jen) Martin, Kathleen Harris and predeceased by one son Vincent Harris. Dear daughter of Allison and the late Eva Holm of Desable, P.E.I. Loving sister of Patrick (Donna) Holm, Stephen Holm, Susan (Alphonse) Kremer, Kristin Holm and Tammy (Doug) Carver. Very dear friend of Larry Coulson and Debbie MacDonald. Cathy will be greatly missed by her friends and co-workers at the Canada Post Office, Charlottetown, her many nieces, nephews and her dear friends.
