The death occurred peacefully at the Garden Home, Charlottetown, on Thursday, October 4, 2018, of Leo LeClair, Veteran of World War II, loved husband of Elsie LeClair, formerly of North Rustico, in his 93rd year. He was the son of the late George and Emma Maire LeClair. Leo is the father of Robert, George (deceased), Jack (Karen) and Carrie Benoit (John Paul); and grandfather of Janelle, Isaac, Marta and Lucas. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Georgina, Edgar, Yvonne, Alvire, Annette and Rosemarie. Besides his parents and son, Leo was predeceased by his brother, Eric. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. Funeral will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Private interment at a later date.
