Elmer MacDonald passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the CBRH, Sydney. Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Howard and Mary (Curry) MacDonald.
Elmer worked as a labourer most of his life. He was a member of Row Street Athletic Club, Bridgeport. He enjoyed a good game of tarbish and walking his dog.
Elmer is survived by his brothers, Robert and Michael; sister, Eileen and good friend, Billy McKeigan.
Besides his parents, Elmer was predeceased by his brothers, Murdock, Johnie, Kevin and Joseph; sisters, Katherine and Josephine.
Cremation has taken place under the care of T.J.Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, N.S. (902-849-4199)
