Passed away suddenly on October 27, 2018, Irvin Verge aged 63 years.
Predeceased by his loving parents Selby & Olive Verge. Leaving to mourn, with the fondest of memories, his wife and lifetime partner, Jocelyn, his best friend and daughter, Tanya, and his pride & joy, grandson Riley, as well as his little companion, his dog, Lucky.
Also survived by his siblings: brothers Derrick (Barb), Ajax ON, Franklin Anstey, Corner Brook, NL; sisters Joyce Compton (Ron), Summerford, NL, Trula Karr (Darren), Scarborough, ON, Ruby Wheeler (Leroy), Louann Pelley (John), Audrey Verge, and Evelyn Verge, all of Summerfod, NL.
Many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family, as well as the O’Quinn family, will also mourn his loss, along with a countless number of dear friends, acquaintances and co-workers.
Visitation took place at Penney’s Funeral Home, Labrador City on Wednesday, October 31 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service took place on Thursday, November 1 at 2:00 pm at the Labrador City Legion, with Pastor David Milley officiating.
He was laid to rest at the Labrador City Interfaith Cemetery.
