It is with broken hearts that the family of Troy Abbott announce his sudden passing on Saturday, December 1, 2018, age 38 years. Predeceased by his grandparents, Fred and Cavelle Chafe & Frederick and Katherine Abbott; infant sister, Jodi; stepmother, Carol Anne Ryan Chafe; Uncle, David Chafe; friend and cousin, Rod Quinlan and cousin, Jamie Chafe. Leaving to mourn, his father Robert Chafe (Marie); his mother, Jean Abbott (Saul); brother, Mark Abbott (Jenifer); sister, Lacey Coish (Jeff); step-sisters: Anita Ryan Connors (Andreau), Jennifer Brown (Gary), and Judy Ryan (Jeff); nieces and nephews: Kaleb and Karlie Abbott, Aaron, Alyssia and Arielle Connors, Sophia and Jacob Brown, and Julian, Adrian, Ashton and Joshua Ryan; special Aunt Daphne (Austin Chaulk); as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins on both the Chafe and Abbott’s side; and a large circle of extended family members and close buddies. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Wednesday, December 5, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm, and Thursday, December 6, from 10am-12noon. Funeral service will take place at Barrett’s Funeral Chapel ON Thursday, December 6, 2018 at 2:00pm. Interment to take place at a later date.
