Helen June Koponyas

It is with great sadness the family of June Koponyas nee Cox announce her passing at the age of 90 in the Thompson General Hospital, Thompson MB on Dec 05, 2018. June leaves behind her children; Bonnie Fay (Ken) Klassen of Saskatoon SK, Donna (Shaun) Harman of Thompson MB, Larry (Paula) Koponyas of Calgary AB. Grand children; Michael, Tanya, Alyssa, Adelle, Nicolas, Connor, Mason as well as 5 great grand children. Brothers; Roy (Melba) Cox, John (Margaret) Cox, Harvey (Jean) Cox, Mervin Cox. Sisters; Fern (Charles) Freemont, Kathleen Cox (Floyd Dallman) and numerous nieces and nephews. June was predeceased by her parents Langford and Hazel Cox, 2 husbands Clarence Primeau (Toasty), Nick Koponyas, brothers Clarence and Charles, sister Doreen. The family would like to thank the staff of the Thompson General Hospital for their great care and compassion through this difficult time. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service planned at a later date in Prince Albert SK.
