Bill was born on August 30th, 1944 in St. John’s, Newfoundland and passed away on December 7th, 2018 in Vernon, B.C. at the age of 74 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife; Judy to whom he was married for 52 years, his children; Denise (Juan) O’Quinn, Jaynee (Brad) Keating and Peter (Leah) Baldwin, his grandchildren; Jacob & Emily O’Quinn, Isabella & Jack Keating and Sadie & Kai Baldwin, his brothers; Harvey (Lorraine) Baldwin and Randy (Patricia) Baldwin along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Frank & Ruby Baldwin. In respecting Bill’s wishes, he was cremated and no funeral service will be held. His cremated remains will be brought home to Newfoundland and buried in the summer of 2019. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at the same time. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish to do so may send donations in memory of Bill to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the All Saints Anglican Church in Pouch Cove, Newfoundland.
