Passed peacefully away the L.A. Miller Centre on Saturday, December 15, 2018, James Walsh, age 83 years. Predeceased by his parents: James and Mary (nee Everard); brothers: Harry and Jackie; sisters: Patricia McCullough, Regina and Barbara Walsh. Leaving to mourn his sister Marie Cook; brothers: Ronnie (Lena - deceased), Robert and Brendan (Brenda Dwyer), in addition to other relatives and friends. At James’ request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. from Barrett’s Chapel, Mt. Pearl. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in Jim’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
