Passed peacefully away at the Dr. L. A. Miller Centre on Sunday, December 16, 2018, Vivian Batten, age 91 years. Predeceased by her parents, John and Elizabeth Batten; and her 3 siblings. Vivian was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by all who knew her – especially the residents and staff of Katherine House and special friends: Ann Murrin and Barry Oliver; and special feline friend “Patty”. Special thank you to Dr. Major for the wonderful care and compassion. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Wednesday, December 19, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service to take place from Barrett’s Funeral Chapel on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10:30am with interment to follow at Forest Road Anglican Cemetery.
