Passed peacefully away at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, December 17, 2018, Kathryn Bowman of Carbonear, age 24 years. Predeceased by grandparents: William and Margaret Bowman and Lloyd Piercey. Leaving to mourn, parents: Brian and Marilyn Bowman; one brother: Michael, Carbonear; one sister: Lindsey (Chris) Kennedy, Carbonear; two special nephews: Oliver and Harrison; grandmother: Frances Piercey, Carbonear; Fiancee: Alisha O'Keefe, Carbonear; her fur babies; aunts, uncles, cousins, and a large number of other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear on Tuesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, December 20 at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear.
