Passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, age 93 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Doris (2005), sons Paul (1966), Edward (2010), Joey (2013); granddaughter Angela; daughter-in-law Linda (2008); brothers Mike and Edward; sisters Mary and Alice. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories of our superman is daughter Maryanne (Kevin) and 3 special grandkids Kevin, Kylie and Kaden, with whom he resided; daughters Cynthia (Rod), Liz, Ada; sons Cyril, Mike (June) and Billy; sister Ethel; 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, especially lifelong friend Harry Phelan. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Friday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
