Passed away in the presence of his devoted children and loving family on December 20, 2018 at the Dr. L.A. Miller Center. Predeceased by his parents: Fred & Helen Mootrey; wife: Kari Mootrey. Leaving to mourn son: Leslie Jr. (Tracy) Mootrey; daughters: Tina Vardy (Jason; deceased 2014), Nicole (Rob) Blundon; 7 grandchildren: Tyler, Kyle, Kierstyn, Makayla, Hayden, Zachary, Ariya, Kiley (deceased 2009). As well as a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, December 23 at 10:30 am at the Barrett’s Memorial Chapel. Interment will take place on Monday, December 24, 11:00am at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
