It is with great sadness that the family of Susan (Susie) Kavanagh of Ferryland announce her passing at the Health Science Centre on December 24, 2018 at the age of 87. Predeceased by her husband Leo, special angel and grandson Adam, her parents John and Agnes Hynes, and her seven brothers and sisters. Left with precious memories are her nine children Jacqueline, Elizabeth (Terry), Cynthia (Tom), Sharon (Doug), Gerard (Verda), Terrence (Tara), Connie (Timmy), Leo (Kellie), Russell (Mike), son-in-law Bill, her 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, sister Marlene, close friends Peter Morry and Kenneth Hynes, a large circle of family and friends as well as her dog Charlie. Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home in Fermeuse with visitation on Thursday, December 27th from 2-9 and Friday, December 28th from 2-9. Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Ferryland, Saturday, December 29th, at 11 am with interment to follow at the Holy Trinity Cemetery.
