Simpson, Una Catherine
At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on December 28, 2018 Una Catherine Simpson (Green) passed away. Wife of the late J. Eric Simpson. Survived by her only sister Helen Hill, daughters Helen Buntain and Nancy (Stephen McInnis), grandchildren Kyle (Virginia Harris) and Jill (Louis Desgrosseilliers) and special cousin and friend Louise Gillis. Predeceased by son Rodney, an infant daughter, brothers-in-law Vernon Hill and Robert “Bob” Simpson (Hazel), sister-in-law Helen Woolner (Robert) and son-in-law Robert Buntain. Una was born in Cavendish to Milton and Mae (MacKenzie) Green and later spent many years of married life on the family farm before moving to Charlottetown. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where a private family service will be held. No visitation by personal request. Interment later in Cavendish Cemetery.
