Passed away from cancer on Sunday December 30, 2018 at approximately 2am from the Dr. L.A. Miller Centre, St. John’s Newfoundland at the age of 64 years. Predeceased by mother: Anne Huerman; father: Charles Urie. Leaving to mourn sons: Charlie Urie, Kevin Urie; grandchildren: Ryan Buxton, Dylan Urie, Charlotte Urie; brother: Doug Urie; sister: Joan Phelan; and dear friend Charlotte Clarke. A thank you from the family to Charlotte Clarke, Shannon Crocker and Susan Hann who comforted and cared for Mary through the hard times of this disease. Your benevolence for Mary will not be forgotten. Mary will also be missed by her beloved animals; Grouches, Tiger, Wilber, Miss. Mew and Gomez (rabbit). We all love you and Miss you. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Thursday January 3rd, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. There will be no funeral services at this time.
