Passed peacefully away May 16th at Woodford's Comfort Manor, Holyrood cherished mother and Nan, Evelyn Rose of Burin age 84 years.

Daughters Maureen Brenton (Onslow), Anne Battcock (Garry), Paula and Della; Beloved grandchildren Carla Pella (Derek), Nadia (fiancé' Eddie Hynes), Ceara Brenton, Mark Battcock, Sarah Battcock (fiancé Mutema Pittman), Heather Rose, Gina Rose and Kiana Rose; many nieces and nephews; sister Imelda White of Oakville, ON and Mary Power (Martin) of St. John's ; her dear friend Elsie Rennie, Burin; her friends and neighbors in Burin and the loving caregivers at Woodford's Comfort Manor, Holyrood.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Eugene; parents Patrick and Mary Ellen Power; sisters Anne, Isabelle, Hannah, Mary, Catherine, Theresa and Marion; brothers Martin, Douglas and Patrick. Pall Bearers were Robert Rose, Paula Rose, Max Rose, Maureen Brenton, Sean Rose and Anne Battcock. Cross Bearer Nadia Brenton.
Father Ben Raze officiated Funeral Mass from St. Patrick's RC Parish Church with interment following at RC Cemetery, Penney's Road.
