It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our brother, Rodger Moore, age 56, on Monday, December 31, 2018, at home.
Born in Sydney Mines on December 13, 1962, he was the son of the late Fred and Joan (MacPhee) Moore.
Rodger was a millwright by trade and worked out west and also for Nova Scotia Power. He was an avid hockey fan and enjoyed collecting model cars.
He is survived by his brothers, Hughie (Frances), Stewart, and Freddie (Michelle), and his nieces and nephews. Rodger is also survived by his companion and friend, Nancy Jones.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will take place at a later date.
