Florence Pearce passed peacefully away on January 3, 2019 at Glenbrook Lodge, at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by her parents: Herbert and Lillian Pearce; partner: Gordon O’Brian; son: Gordie O’Brian; brothers: Thomas, Herbert and Cecil; sisters: Elizabeth and Mildred. Leaving to mourn sisters: Jean Clancey (Dave), Evelyn Clements (Frank, deceased), Mary Squires (Bob, deceased), June Wheeler (Arvil, deceased). As well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like say thank you to all the staff at Glenbrook Lodge and Cradea Manor for their care of Florence over the years. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home 328 Hamilton Avenue on Friday January 4, from 2-9pm and Saturday January 5, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral service to take place on Monday January 7, 2019 at 11:00 am from the Barrett’s Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
