The death occurred on January 4, 2019 at the Kings County Memorial Hospital of C. Garth Clay, age 85 years of Bridgetown, PEI. He passed away peacefully in his sleep. Garth was a dedicated farmer, right up to his passing away. He was always accompanied by his dog, Cindy, who is loved by all. Beloved husband of Georgie (Dover) Clay. Twin brother of Phyllis MacLean (Charles). Uncle of Mark (Lily) and Keith MacLean (Sheila) and grand uncle of Adam (Traci), Michael (Molly), Donald (Katelyn), Sharon and Katherine MacLean. Predeceased by his parents Robin and Katherine (Matheson) Clay. Resting at the Ferguson-Logan Montague Funeral Home, Montague, PEI, with visitation Wednesday, January 9, 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Funeral service (live streamed) to be held Thursday, January 10 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Family flowers only. Burial in Dundas United Church Cemetery at a later date.
