Passed peacefully away on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at St. Luke’s Nursing Home, age 89 years. Last member of the Simms family. Predeceased by her husband Leo Hanlon; parents John and Elizabeth Simms; sisters Mary, Elizabeth, Bridget; brothers Jack, Frank, Art, Harry, Leo, Albert and David. Leaving to mourn special niece Lizzie Squires, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Heartfelt thank you to Trinity Square and Ingle Wood, of St. Luke’s for their compassionate care. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from St. Patrick’s Church at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Emmaus House.
