Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre of Jean White (nee Kelly), on Sunday, January 13, 2019, formerly of Donagh, aged 97. Daughter of the late Owen Kelly and Janie Corcoran. Jean grew up in Pisquid. Wife of the late Walter White, Jean (Ma) leaves to mourn her children: Irene Sanderson (Donnie), Maurice (Barbara), Bob (Danuta), Marian, Peter (Jacky), MaryLou, Vic, Janet (Steve), Ed (Janice), daughter-in-law Mary Perry White, 25 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Dan, daughter-in-law Wendy, great-grandson Aiden and siblings John, Beatrice, Urban, Florence, Theresa and Viola. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation Wednesday, January 16, 2019, from 3-7 p.m. The CWL will hold a prayer service prior to visitation at 2:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at St. Patrick's Church, Fort Augustus, at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Parish Cemetery at a later date.
