The circle is complete. Bernard Barry rejoined his brothers at 5:10pm on January 14, 2019. Passed away at Dr. Walter Templeman Health Care Centre, Bell Island, Bernard Barry, age 85 years, originally from Curling. Predeceased by his parents, his twin brother James (January 2018), and younger brother Patrick (October 2018). Leaving to mourn the loss are John and Theresa Power, whom he resided with for 18 years, his many dedicated home care workers, and all friends who helped along the way, especially the caring staff at Dr. Walter Templeman long term care home, who showed Bernard such tender loving care for the past 15 months. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation to take place on Wednesday from 1pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 10:30am at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Thursday, January 17th. Interment to follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
