Aunt Joan loved to drive, her first spring drive each year was her favorite,” just point the car and go” she would say - with no destination. She loved taking the scenic route or exploring roads she had never traveled. She loved Cats, to travel, crafts, telling stories, teasing, laughing and family gatherings. Joan was a member of The Red Hatters in Guelph.
Everywhere you see the word Joan, we see the words Aunt Joan. We love you and miss you very much. We know there is a party in heaven with our family who was waiting for you. We will have the Party you requested. (“I want an Irish Wake” lots of laughter, music and fun and then she would laugh) Celebration of Life will be held in Calgary, Alberta in the Spring.
