Rosemary Trimble (nee Morris) – a true lady – passed away in her home in Knoxville, Tennessee, on Jan. 22, 2019 at the age of 86. She was preceded in death, continued to mourn and miss daily, her beloved husband, best friend H. Blair Trimble, Jr., also her parents Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Hugh Morris, her brothers Robert and Arthur Morris. Ro is survived and will be missed by her brother Sidney Hugh Morris, Jr., numerous nieces, nephews and long-standing devoted friends.
Ro was proud, spirited, strong-willed, witty, loving, graceful and generous. She grew up in St. John's, Newfoundland and was educated in Montreal. She was independent, adventurous and well traveled when she graduated from college. She married H. Blair Trimble, Jr. in St. John’s in 1957. Their friendship, romance and marriage continued in Tennessee for 55 happy, contented and comfortable years. Ro was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Cathedral, an active community volunteer, a longstanding supporter of charitable organizations and an avid dog lover. She was loved, admired and respected by family, friends, and neighbors. “They just don’t make ‘em like her anymore.”
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Rose Mann Heritage Chapel and interment Jan. 29 at Highland Memorial Cemetery, Knoxville, Tenn.
