Hers was a long and rich life. The family of the late Mary Robertson Hann (nee Mann) announce her passing on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 98 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Donald Hann, Alan Hann, Maureen Bennett, Mairi Crocker and Moira Moore (Michael); grandchildren: Steven (Paula), Marc (Tristan), Weston (Tiffany), Coady, Katrina (Matt), Adam (Katy), Christopher and Katie; great-grandchildren: Kate-Lynn, Harrison, Mary, Taylor, Paige, Ethan, Leon, Oliver, Harry and Liam; sister Marion Hann; brother Ian Mann; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Wilfred Hann, parents Marion and John Mann, brother Donald (Kitty) Mann, sister-in-law Josephine Mann, brother-in-law Victor Hann, special niece Linda and son-in-law James Crocker. A special thank you to Dr. Wassef and the nurses of the Palliative Care Unit for their kindness and compassion. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 2 at 11:00 a.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Western Memorial Regional Hospital Foundation Palliative Care Unit.
