Passed peacefully away surround by his loving family on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital, age 77 years. Predeceased by his parents Francis and Edith; step father Vern Shaver; special aunt and uncle Rose and Tom Parrell; sisters-in-law Joan Tucker and Shirley Wall. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories his loving wife of 52 years Louise (nee Vey); sons Brian (Petula) and Shawn; his precious grandchildren whom he loved dearly Nathan, Mackenzie, Mason and Maya; sisters Elizabeth, Jeanie, Lorraine Lloyd; brother Cecil; step-sister Brenda Marshall (Albert); sister-in-law Jeanette (Roy), Judy (Terry), Rosemary (George); brothers-in-law Eli Vey (Sandra) and Reg Tucker and Bill Wall. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Saturday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Cremation to follow. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church, inurnment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
