Suddenly, at her home on Feb. 2, 2019 of Thelma Theresa Bernard (née Perry), aged 72 years, of St. Edward. Born in St. Edward, daughter of the late Eddie and Emeline Perry. Beloved wife of Isidore Bernard, for 54 years. Dear mother to Blaine Bernard, Angela (Alvin) Bernard, and Shawn (Candace) Bernard. Sister of Eva Allain and Herby (Dot) Perry. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers George, Wilfred, Raymond, Johnny, and two sisters Lucy and Julia in infancy. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home for visiting hours on Tuesday from 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday Feb. 6 at Palmer Road Immaculate Conception Church at 10:30 a.m. Interment will later take place at the church.
