The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital on Saturday, May 28, 2011 of Margaret June Mitchell of 190 Howatt St., Borden-Carleton, aged 79 years. Born in Moncton, New Brunswick on March 24, 1932, Margaret was a daughter of the late George Mitchell and Daisy Belle MacMillan. Mother of Danny (Joanne) Glencross of St. Catharines, Ont.; brother of Harry Mitchell, Moncton, NB; Special friend of Reg Noonan of Borden-Carleton and grandmother of Jennifer Marshall and Rebecca Glencross. Also survived by great grandchildren Austin, Nicholas, Cholee, Bailey and Regan and by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she is predeceased by a brother, Fred Mitchell. Resting at Lawless Funeral Home, Kinkora. Visiting hours Thursday, June 2, 6 to 9 p.m. only. Funeral will be held on Friday, June 3 at St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay with funeral mass at 10 am. Interment will be later in Moncton, NB. Donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the parish cemetery fund or society of your choice.
