The death occurred suddenly at her late residence on Friday, February 8th, 2019 of Krista Dawn Rogers of Charlottetown, P.E.I., aged 36 years. Krista was born in Summerside to her father the late Everett Roger and her mother Donna (nee Hickox) Rogers. Loving mother of Mataio (Tara), Jerrett, Zackery, Jeremy, Cody Austin, Demetrie and Winter. Also, lovingly remembered by her granddaughter Taya. Survived by her brothers Ricky (Colleen) and Timothy (Kate), her uncle Lyman Hickox and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by many aunts and uncles. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside until Wednesday, February 13th, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 p.m. Interment to take place in St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Summerside at a later date. Memorial donations in Krista’s memory to the Mount Herbert Provincial Addictions Treatment Facility or funeral expense fund would be greatly appreciated.
