Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Centre on February 10, 2019, while surrounded by his loving family, Stewart Kielly, of Gaskiers, St. Mary’s Bay, aged, 65 years. Pre-deceased by Parents Edward & Beatrice; brothers: Norman, Hughie and Clyde, nephew Andrew, parents-in-law George & Amy Corcoran and brother-in-law Philip. Leaving with fond memories his loving wife of 40 years, Bernice, daughters Jocelyn (Claude) and Lacey; three beautiful grandchildren: Kersten, RosaLynn and Philip; brothers: Donnie (Gertie), Earle (Pat), Edward (Jose) and Alastier (Barb); sisters-in-Law: Brenda (Jim), Irene (Basil), Doreen (John), Dot, Betty (Bill) and Marjorie (Aubrey) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and large circle of friends, especially Ed Tobin and Calvin Kielly. A very special thank you is extended to Dr. J Siddiqui and the staff of the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre for their many years of care, Todd Squires & staff of St. Mary’s Pharmacy, staff of Gibbons' Ambulance, Dr. McGarry and Public health nurses Tina and Jessica. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Gibbons’ Funeral Home, St. Mary’s, on Thursday, February 14, from 12 - 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 15, at 10 am, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary’s. Burial to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
