Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on February 11, 2019, our loving mother, Martha Sullivan (nee Power) of Calvert, aged 96 years. Predeceased by husband Patrick (1990) and parents James and Matilda (Meaney) Power, siblings Martin, Margaret, Francis, Alice, William and Lucy. Leaving to mourn son: Hugh (Maureen) - (children: Valerie (Brandon) and Ian (Sara) and their daughter Maggie); daughter Eileen Waddleton (Terry) - (children: Marsha (Steve) and their children Lauren and Kate, Terrilynn (Tommy) and their children Haley, Liam and Noah; daughter Brenda Crane (Vince) - (children: Tina, Chris (Ashley) and their children Cullen and Keegan, and Patrick (Emily). Also leaving to mourn one sister-in-law Marie Sullivan (Calvert) and many nieces and nephews of the Sullivan and Power families, especially her nephew Noel Sullivan. She will be remembered by the residents and staff of Alderwood Estates in Witless Bay, where she lived for 3 1/2 years. Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home in Fermeuse on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 and Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 2:00 - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial on Friday, February 15, 2019 from Immaculate Conception Church Calvert at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Trinity R.
