At the Dr. John Gillis Memorial Lodge, Belfast on Sunday, February 24, 2019 of William “Bill” Cornelius Doucette of Belfast, age 77 years. Dear husband of Jean (MacMillan). Father of Maria Doucette (Rory Wood) and Deneen Barbon (Rob). Stepfather of Donald MacMillan (Leedya) and Mary Anne MacMaster (Wendell). Grandfather of Kylan and Tory Barbon, Tayten and Kinley Doucette, Emma, Abbey and Grace MacMillan and Dillan, Kyle and Sarah MacMaster. Brother of Winnifred Kelly and brother in law of Jeanie Doucette and Connie Doucette. Fondly remembered by Estelle Bourgious and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Mary (MacIntyre) Doucette, son Brian Doucette, brothers Joe, Leonard and Clifford Doucette and brother in law Ivan Kelly. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford. No visitation or funeral service by personal request. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
