Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, March 2, 2019 of Father Austin Bradley, Priest of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Charlottetown age 88 years. Born in Kelly’s Cross PEI he is the son of the late John and Estelle Bradley. Fr. Austin is the last surviving member of his immediate family being predeceased by his siblings Mary (Andrew) Gallant, Thomas (Katherine), Peter, Rita (Melvin) McQuaid, Lawrence (Anne), and Sr. Margaret Marie Bradley RSB. He will be sadly missed by all members of the Bradley, McQuaid and Gallant families. His remains are entrusted to the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home and will be transferred to St. Dunstan’s Basilica on Thursday, March 7th at 1:15 p.m. Visiting hours will begin at 2:00 p.m. concluding at 8:00 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dunstan’s Basilica on Friday, March 8th at 10:00 a.m. Interment later in St. Joseph’s Parish Cemetery, Kelly’s Cross.
