It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister Janet, 78, on Feb. 24 at St. Catharines General Hospital.
Born in Sydney, she was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Peggy Richardson (Fry) and her sister Heather Steele (Victoria, BC).
Left to mourn is her daughter Jenny (Rick), son Allan, grandchildren Jennifer and Johnathan, siblings Shirley, Getta, Debbie (Bob) and Joe (Pat). She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends.
A Memorial service will be held at Cape Breton Christian Fellowship Church (Sherwood Park School) on March 17 at 2pm. Pastor Kevin Mattatall and Pastor Bruce DeYoung officiating. Donations can be sent in lieu of flowers to Loaves and Fishes.
