Passed peacefully away at home, surrounded by loving family and friends, on Monday, March 4th, 2019, Bridget (Anna) Duggan, age 76 of Cape Broyle. Predeceased by her husband Bill, her parents John and Catherine Duggan and sisters Sally Wickens and Nellie Ryan. Leaving to mourn her devoted and loving family, daughters Sherry Lynn (Paul), Arlene (Stuart) and Juanita (Barry); grandchildren Chelsea, Kayley, William, Joshua, Cody and Braedon; brothers Kevin (Irene) and Eugene; special long-time friends Joan, Marie and Annette; and a large circle of family and friends that have been by her bedside for the last few months. The family would like to thank the excellent care received from the nurses and doctors at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre. A special thank you to nurse Dawn Clarke who spent countless hours caring for our mom during this difficult time; and Dr. Patrick O’Shea. Cremation has taken place, resting at Fahey’s Funeral Home, Fermeuse on Friday March 8th from 2-9pm. Funeral will take place Saturday, March 9th at 1pm at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Cape Broyle, with Christian burial at a later date.
