It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the death of Hazen Earl Mellish on Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Medicine Hat, Alberta, age 78, formerly of Montague and Summerside. Hazen leaves to mourn his daughters Sherry Martindale (Dan), Christy Weeks (Mel) of Alberta, and brother Haddon of Summerside, as well as four loving grandchildren, and numerous cousins and relatives throughout Canada and the USA. Hazen was predeceased by his parents Milton and Bernice Mellish, brother Ralph, and sisters Beryl King and Gloria May. Funeral arrangements and burial will be determined at a later date.
