Peacefully surrounded by family and friends, David Franklin Johnston, age 74, passed away at his home on Sunday, March 31, 2019. Born and raised in Summerside, he was the son of the late Roy and Valerie (Arnett) Johnston. David leaves behind his loving wife of 48 years, Alice (MacDonald) Johnston and his brother Bill Johnston of Summerside. David worked side by side with his father and brother at their family business Rogers & Arnett until his retirement in 1992. He will be dearly missed by his Aunt Louise; numerous cousins; and by his many family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care received from their Home Care givers. Rest in peace my beloved husband; you will be dearly missed and never forgotten. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No visiting hours or funeral service by personal request.
