The death occurred peacefully and surrounded by his loving family at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Monday, May 20th, 2019 of Ronald “Ron” Jack Hayman of Summerside, P.E.I., aged 66 years. Ron was born in Calais, Maine to his late parents Burton and Wanda (nee Milligan) Hayman. Beloved husband of Wendy (nee Milligan) Hayman and loving father of Ryan of Bedford, N.S., Jarred of Kelowna, B.C., Logan of Vancouver, B.C., and Jillian Wood (Jamie) of Provost, AB. Special poppa to Kyleb, Parker, Lexi, and Rhys Wood. Survived by his sister Laurie Howard (Billy) of Calais, Maine, Burt of Florida, and Roland (Dot) of Sussex, N.B. Also, lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ron was predeceased by his sister Sue Moffat. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Rd., Summerside. By personal request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service held. A celebration of Ron’s life will be held by family and friends on a very special day in the near future. Memorial donations in Ron’s memory to the Children’s Wish Foundation or to the IWK Children’s Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
