Passed peacefully away at Dr. G B Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, Chesley Baggs of Clarenville, aged 96 years. Left with fond and loving memories his wife Phyllis of 72 years; children Dexter (Diane), Sherrill (Calvin), Dale (Kevin), Bob (Millicent), Valerie (Doug) and Scott (Judy); 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; sister Evelyn; and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Memorial service took place on Monday, June 17, 2019 from Fewer’s Memorial Chapel, Clarenville with interment at Pleasant Street Cemetery, Clarenville. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army, Clarenville or to the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital – Discovery Health Care Foundation.
