The death occurred, peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on July 12, 2019 of Kathryn Gertrude Buell of Montague and formerly of Murray River.
Loving mother of Clayton (Sally) and mother-in-law of Jennifer. Devoted grandmother of Amy (Brent), and C.J. (Amanda). Great-grandmother of Caelab (Allee), Rosy (Willis) and Timothy. Survived by sister Clara White; sisters-in-law Christie Cuddy, Ethel Ross, Charlotte MacLeod and Dorothy MacLeod. Predeceased by husband, Leon; son, Wade; daughter Starann; granddaughter, Paula; and siblings Ewen, John, Jean, Harold and Florence. Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River. No visitation by personal request. Memorial service will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, July 18 at 2:00pm. Interment in Murray River Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Kidney Foundation.
