George Terrance ‘Terry’ Barron, age 53, of Mississauga, Ont., died suddenly on Feb. 6, 2011, at home.
Terry was born March 15, 1957, in Halifax, N.S., the son of Alice and George Barron. Terry’s life was greatly influenced by his church family and friends. He will always be remembered for his servant’s heart.
Besides his parents, Alice and George Barron of Mississauga, he is survived by his sister, Sabra Stephens, Mississauga; his sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Claudio Difede of Milton, Ont.; his sister, Janet Harris, Mississauga, Ont. and many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
Terry was predeceased by his brother, Michael; an infant child.
A funeral service was held Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at the Portico Church in Mississauga, Ont. A graveside service and burial will take place at 2 p.m. in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Sydney, N.S. on June 15, 2011.
